Support the Caracas Chapter through a traceable pathway.
Register your interest, request the institutional dossier or use the official fiscal sponsorship pathway. The Caracas Chapter is in partnership and program development; public activation and restricted funding commitments remain subject to written agreements and documented readiness.
A pilot cultural program that documents, mediates, educates and activates contemporary Venezuelan memory from Caracas.
Caracas, as a point of origin, symbolic return and connection with Venezuelan communities inside and outside the country.
Exodus & Resilience provides the chapter’s curatorial, methodological, narrative and governance framework.
Document · Mediate · Educate · Activate · Measure through archive, workshops, encounters and impact reporting.
Because every year without reconnection structures disperses cultural capital, public memory and educational opportunities.
Register a reference · Request the dossier · Propose a partnership before formalizing any contribution.
Caracas completes a cultural circuit between diaspora memory and public life.
Two complementary pathways
The chapter offers a preparation route and a formalization route. Visitors may first register interest, request the dossier or generate a support reference. Then, when the contribution qualifies as an eligible U.S. charitable gift, formalization takes place through Fractured Atlas.
What the support reference enables
The preliminary reference supports internal follow-up, organizes future conversations with donors or partners and helps match support intent with later formalization. It does not equal a confirmed donation, but it does strengthen traceability.
Fiscal clarity
By Sibarita LLC coordinates the chapter’s operational development, while Fractured Atlas serves as fiscal sponsor whenever applicable under the current agreement. Accordingly, the charitable receipt and tax confirmation come only from the fiscal sponsor.

Choose an amount and generate your code before continuing.
To support internal matching for the Caracas Chapter, this website registers a unique reference before sending you to the official Fractured Atlas page. The code will be copied automatically to your clipboard and also registered in the internal follow-up email.
Include this code in the memo, note or comment field on Fractured Atlas if the form allows it. The fiscal receipt and official donation confirmation are issued only by Fractured Atlas.
The official button also generates the reference before taking you to Fractured Atlas.
